By downloading or using Looksmaxxing AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Looksmaxxing AI provides AI-powered facial analysis and scoring for entertainment and informational purposes. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Subscriptions

• Weekly subscription: $9.99/week
• Yearly subscription: $39.99/year
• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you submit. By using the app, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the analysis service. Photos are deleted after processing.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated scores and recommendations are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis or results.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app.

Prohibited Use

• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent
• Do not use the app to harass, bully, or discriminate against others
• Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit the service

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
